The present invention relates to a fertilizer prescription method for cultivating horticultural crops by using a nutrient solution. The fertilizer prescription method is provided in a web-based manner by an app installed in a user terminal and a service server. The fertilizer prescription method includes the steps of: receiving analysis information on raw water, drained water, medium, and plant units; and generating and outputting fertilizer prescription information after detecting required fertilizers and the amount of each of the required fertilizers based on the analysis information regarding the raw water, drained water, medium selected by a user, fertilizer price information, standard prescription information, and nutrient solution cultivation information when the user requests for the generation of the fertilizer prescription information for cultivating horticultural crops by using the nutrient solution.
