Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for performing plating on accessories in large quantities. The method is configured such that an accessory of a copper-alloy to be plated is degreased and washed, and then a process of washing after pickling, washing after plating gloss copper, washing after electroplating copper-tin alloy, and plating at least one among gold, silver, palladium, rhodium, platinum, and chromium proceeds on the accessory. In this case, according to the present invention, a plating solution for plating the copper-tin alloy contains: a copper salt for supplying copper ions; a tin salt for supplying tin ions; a conductive salt; a first complexing agent; a second complexing agent; an antioxidant; a stabilizer; and a polishing agent. Accordingly, the method is advantageous in that nickel metal causing allergies through human body contact is not contained, the plating solution is cyanogen-free, and the eco-friendly plating, alternative to nickel, is able to be performed on accessories in large quantities. 본 발명은 액세서리 상에 양산적으로 도금을 처리하는 방법에 관련되며, 그 방법에 있어서, 구리합금 소재의 액세서리 피도금물을 탈지 후 수세, 산세 후 수세, 광택 구리도금 후 수세, 전기 구리-주석 합금도금 후 수세, 전기 금, 은, 팔라듐, 로듐, 백금, 크롬 중의 1종 이상을 도금하는 과정으로 진행하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 본 발명에 따르면 구리-주석 합금도금을 위한 도금액은 구리 이온을 공급하는 구리염, 주석 이온을 공급하는 주석염, 전도염, 제1착화제, 제2착화제, 산화방지제, 안정제 및 광택제를 함유한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 인체 접촉에서 알레르기를 유발하는 니켈 금속을 전혀 함유하지 않고 도금액 중에 시안 화합물을 함유하지 않는 친환경 니켈 대체 액세서리 상 도금공정을 양산적 차원으로 실현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
