Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an auxiliary computing apparatus and method for providing a health care program according to an expression period of a sub-health. The auxiliary computing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a collecting unit for generating sub-health information by determining whether a sub-health symptom is expressed with regard to bio measurement data of a user measured for a first period, an operation unit for generating the first period by extracting a first pattern which is repeated according to time in the sub-health information, and a user interface for providing health care information corresponding to the sub-health information whenever the first period arrives.
