Zusammenfassung:Disclosed are a method and a device for classifying biological particles using multi-wavelength fluorescence analysis. The device comprises: a light source unit comprising a plurality of light sources having different wavelengths; a detection unit detecting a scattered signal and a fluorescent signal obtained by emitting the plurality of light sources to particles; and a control unit analyzing the scattered signal and the fluorescent signal detected by the detection unit to determine biological particles and classifying biology of the biological particles based on wavelength properties by each organism. 다중파장 형광 분석을 이용하여 생물입자를 분류하는 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에서는, 서로 다른 파장을 갖는 복수의 광원들을 포함하여 이루어지는 광원부와; 복수의 광원들을 입자에 조사하여 획득된 산란신호 및 형광신호를 검출하는 검출부와; 검출부에 의해 검출된 산란신호 및 형광신호를 분석하여 생물입자인지를 결정하고 이와 동시에 생물체별 파장특성을 기초로 생물입자의 생물학을 분류하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
