METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COIL CUSHION MAT

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coil cushion mat to connect a lower mat and a coil mat to each other by heat and pressure by passing the coil mat and the high temperature lower mat which was not cooled yet through a heating compression roller. According to a method for manufacturing a coil cushion mat of the present invention, a heating compression roller (5) and a non-heating compression roller (5) are arranged on the lower part of a molding roller (3) for molding a lower mat (10). A high temperature lower mat (10) molded in the molding roller (3) and discharged and a coil mat (15) transferred by a conveyor (7) pass through the heating compression roller (5) and the non-heating compression roller (5) so the coil mat (15) is connected to each other by heat and pressure of the heating compression roller (5) and the non-heating compression roller (5). 본 발명은 코일매트와 아직 식지않은 고온의 하지매트를 히팅 압축롤러를 통과시켜 열과 압력에 의해 하지매트와 코일매트를 서로 접합하는 코일쿠션매트 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 코일쿠션매트 제조방법은 하지매트(10) 성형을 위한 성형롤러(3)의 하부에 히팅 압축롤러(5)와 히팅없는 압축롤러(5')를 배치하여, 성형롤러(3)에서 성형되어 배출되는 고온의 하지매트(10)와 컨베이어(7)에 의해 이송되는 코일매트(15)가 히팅 압축롤러(5)와 히팅없는 압축롤러(5') 사이를 통과하게 됨으로써, 코일매트(15)가 히팅 압축롤러(5)와 히팅없는 압축롤러(5')의 열과 압력에 의해 서로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
