Apparatus for controlling vehicle break

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for interlocking a vehicle brake includes: a brake pressure sensor for detecting a pressing pressure of a driver transmitted to a brake pedal of a vehicle; a brake lamp provided on a rear surface of the vehicle and determined to be turned on or off according to an operation of the brake pedal; an emergency lamp provided on the rear surface of the vehicle and emitting flickering light; and an electronic control unit for making the brake lamp emit light when the pressing pressure is sensed, and also flickering the emergency lamp when a sudden brake occurs in which an amount of change in pressure per unit time of the pressing pressure exceeds a pre-set sudden brake reference change amount. 본 발명의 실시 형태는 차량의 브레이크 페달에 전달되는 운전자의 누름 압력을 감지하는 브레이크 압력 감지 센서; 차량 후면에 마련되어, 상기 브레이크 페달의 조작에 따라 점등 여부가 결정되는 브레이크등; 차량 후면에 마련되어, 점멸되는 발광을 수행하는 비상등; 및 상기 누름 압력이 감지되면 상기 브레이크등을 발광하며, 아울러, 상기 누름 압력의 시간당 압력 변화량이 미리 설정된 급브레이크 기준 변화량을 초과하는 급브레이크가 발생되는 경우 상기 비상등을 점멸시키는 전자제어유닛;을 포함할 수 있다.
