Zusammenfassung: | A light emitting device according to a technical idea of the present invention includes a light emitting structure which has a first electrode layer electrically connected to the first conductivity type semiconductor layer and a second electrode layer electrically connected to the second conductivity type semiconductor layer in a light emitting laminate where a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second conductivity type semiconductor layer are stacked; a lens disposed on the light emitting structure; and a reflective film disposed on the lens. Manufacturing processes can be simplified to reduce manufacturing costs.
