A28-3) 균주에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 네오아가로바이오스를 당화시킬 수 있는 네오아가로바이오스 하이드로레이즈를 생성능을 가지는 알카니보락스 속 A28-3 균주, 상기 균주 유래 네오아가로바이오스 하이드로레이즈 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다.
