Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for determining base sequence identity, base sequence modification and base sequence modification positions between samples by comparing melting patterns between a probe coupled with a reporter and a quencher, and a sample. According to the present invention, base sequence identity between samples with unknown base sequences can be confirmed in an easy manner. In the case of samples with known base sequences, base sequence modification can be rapidly and precisely determined and base sequence modification positions can be confirmed. 본 발명은 리포터(reporter) 및 소광자(quencher)가 결합된 프로브와 시료와의 융해패턴을 비교하여 시료 간의 염기서열 동일성, 염기서열 변이 여부 및 염기서열 변이 위치를 판별하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명을 이용하면 염기서열을 알지 못하는 시료 간의 염기서열 일치 여부를 용이하게 확인 가능하고, 염기서열을 알고 있는 시료의 경우 염기서열 변이 여부를 신속하고 정확하게 판별할 수 있으며, 염기서열 변이 위치까지 확인할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
