Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a surface glazing method of a weight lightening material, the surface glazing method which can reduce costs consumed in glazing and can increase productivity by enabling the mold to be rapidly heated to the temperature equal to or greater than a reference value even with steam having low pressure and temperature when supplying steam to a mold to glaze the surface of the weight lightening material. The surface glazing method according to the present invention comprises: a first step of combining a core mold with a cavity mold, and then filling a gap between the core mold and cavity mold with raw materials for the weight lightening material; a second step of moving at least one of the core mold and cavity mold to pressurize the raw materials for the weight lightening material filled between the core mold and cavity mold; a third step of supplying steam to a rear side of the core mold to fuse beads within the weight lightening material; a fourth step of closing a cavity discharge pipe connected to an internal flow path of the cavity mold, and supplying steam into the internal flow path of the cavity mold to glaze a surface among outer surfaces of the weight lightening material which comes into contact with the cavity mold; a fifth step of opening the cavity discharge pipe connected to the internal flow path of the cavity mold, and supplying cooling water into the internal flow path of the cavity mold to cool the cavity mold; and a sixth step of separating the core mold and cavity mold from each other, and taking out the weight lightening material.
본 발명에 의한 경량화 소재의 표면 글레이징 공법은, 코어금형과 캐비티금형을 형합시킨 후 상기 코어금형과 캐비티금형 사이로 경량화 소재의 원료를 충진시키는 제1 단계; 상기 코어금형과 캐비티금형 중 적어도 어느 하나를 이동시켜 코어금형과 캐비티금형 사이에 충진된 경량화 소재의 원료를 가압하는 제2 단계; 상기 코어금형 후방으로 스팀을 공급하여 상기 경량화 소재의 내부 비드를 융착시키는 제3 단계; 상기 캐비티금형의 내부유로와 연결된 캐비티 배출관을 폐쇄시킨 후 상기 캐비티금형의 내부유로로 스팀을 공급하여, 상기 경량화 소재의 외측면 중 상기 캐비티금형과 접촉된 면을 글레이징시키는 제4 단계; 상기 캐비티금형의 내부유로와 연결된 캐비티 배출관을 개방시킨 후 상기 캐비티금형의 내부유로에 냉각수를 공급하여, 상기 캐비티금형을 냉각시키는 제5 단계; 및 상기 코어금형과 상기 캐비티금형을 이격시킨 후 상기 경량화 소재를 취출하는 제6 단계;를 포함한다. |
