The fermented fruit comprises an apple, has excellent tastes and flavors and promotes calcium absorption in the body or skin. 본 명세서의 일 측면에 따른 과실발효물은 맛과 향이 우수하며, Ca이온의 함량이 전체 과실발효물 중량에 대하여 100ppm 이상 포함되는 과실발효물, 이를 포함하는 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 상기 과실은 사과를 포함하며, 상기 과실발효물은 맛과 향이 우수하며, 체내 또는 피부 칼슘 흡수를 증진시키는 효과가 우수하다.
