ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rotating electric apparatus has a gas cooling type in which cooling gas flows between a rotor and a stator. The rotor includes: a shaft having a center hole along a rotation center of a rotor, and a stud hole for communicating from the center hole to an outer circumferential surface of the rotor in a radial direction at an end of the inside of the apparatus of the center hole; at least a pair of center hole conductors separately and electrically insulated from the shaft, inserted into the center hole along the rotation center in an electrically insulated state to each other, and separately having a protrusion protruding toward an end of the shaft; and at least a pair of end conductors electrically insulated from the shaft to be installed at the end of the shaft, and electrically connected by using a side surface of each protrusion of the center hole conductors as an electrical connection surface. 실시형태에 있어서의 회전 전기(回轉電機)는, 회전자와 고정자 사이에 냉각 가스가 흘러가는 가스 냉각식의 회전 전기로서, 상기 회전자는, 상기 회전자의 회전 중심을 따르는 중심 홀(center hole), 및 상기 중심 홀의 기내측(機內側) 단부에 있어서 상기 중심 홀로부터 반경 방향으로 상기 회전자의 외주면까지 연통하는 스터드용 구멍이 형성된 샤프트와, 각각 상기 샤프트에 대해 전기적으로 절연됨과 함께 서로 전기적으로 절연된 상태에서 상기 중심 홀에 상기 회전 중심을 따라 삽입되고, 또한 각각 상기 샤프트의 단부 측으로 돌출하는 돌출부를 구비한 적어도 한 쌍의 중심 홀 도체와, 상기 샤프트의 단부 측에 상기 샤프트에 대해 전기적으로 절연되어 설치되고, 상기 적어도 한 쌍의 중심 홀 도체의 각각의 상기 돌출부의 측면을 전기 접속면으로 하여 전기적으로 접속되는 적어도 한 쌍의 단부 도체를 구비한다.
