Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed are an organic electrolytic solution comprising: an organic solvent; a lithium salt; a compound (A) represented by the following chemical formula 1 or 2; and a succinonitrile-based compound (B) represented by the following chemical formula 3, and a lithium battery comprising the organic electrolytic solution. In chemical formulas 1 to 3, X is S or P, M is an alkali metal or an alkali earth metal, m is 0 to 10, n is 1 to 4, L, R, R_1, R_2, R_3 and R_4 refer to the detailed description of the present invention.
