Zusammenfassung:The present invention is related to a fixing member coupled to be attached to or detached from a combining hole of a work die to perform a manufacturing process in a state where an end is implanted in a refractory model. The composition of the present invention has features in which: the fixing member (1) has an insert unit (10) and a coupling unit (20) formed in one united body by molding zirconia (ZrO2); the insert unit (10) is implanted in the refractory model (M) by having a first fixing surface (12) formed at both lateral sides with a plurality of rough portions (11) at a front end part of the fixing member (1); and the coupling unit (20) has a second fixing surface (22) formed at both lateral sides by being formed in a taper structure which becomes narrower as a direction goes to the lower part of the fixing member (1). Thus, the present invention has effects of: preventing a bending or a deformation caused by high temperature while baking a refractory model by manufacturing a fixing member for supporting the refractory model in a zirconia pin (ZrO2) when manufacturing laminate veneer, porcelain jacket crown, ceramic inlay, and ceramic onlay in a dental porcelain prosthesis; and being coupled firmly in order to prevent a flow by mounting the refractory model on a work die. 본 고안은 내화모형에 일단이 식립된 상태로 가공공정을 수행하기 위해 작업다이의 결합공상에 탈·부착되도록 결속되는 고정부재에 관련되며, 구성에 특징을 살펴보면, 상기 고정부재(1)는 지르코니아(ZrO2)를 성형하여 인서트부(10)와 체결부 (20)가 일체로 형성되되, 인서트부(10)는 고정부재(1)의 선단부에 다수의 요철부(11)와 함께 양측면에 제1고정면(12)이 형성되어 내화모형(M)에 식립되고, 체결부(20)는 고정부재(1)의 하방향으로 갈수록 직경이 좁아지는 테이퍼구조로 형성되면서 양측면에 제2고정면(22)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 치과도재 보철물 중 라미네이트 비니어(laminate veneer), 포세린 자켓 크라운(porcelain jacket crown), 세라믹 인레이(ceramic inlay), 세라믹 온레이(ceramic onlay) 제작 시 내화모형(refractory model)을 지지하기 위한 고정부재를 지르코니아핀(ZrO2, Zirconia pin)으로 제작하여 내화모형을 굽는 중에 고온에 의한 휨이나 변형이 방지되고, 또한 내화모형이 작업다이에 마운팅되어 유동이 방지되도록 건실하게 결속되는 효과가 있다.
