아크 처리 장치(14)는: a. 플라즈마 챔버(30) 내에 존재하고 있는 아크를 검출하는 아크 검출 장치(21); b. 아크가 플라즈마 챔버(30) 내에 존재되는 동안, 플라즈마 챔버(30)에 공급된 에너지에 대응하는 값인 아크 에너지 값을 결정하는 아크 에너지 결정 장치(22); c. 결정된 아크 에너지 값으로부터 브레이크 시간을 결정하는 브레이크 시간 결정 장치(24)를 포함한다. An arc treatment device (14) comprises: a. An arc detection device (21) detecting an arc being present in a plasma chamber (30); b. An arc energy determination device (22) for determining an arc energy value which is a value corresponding to the energy supplied to the plasma chamber (30) while the arc is present in the plasma chamber (30); c.
