The present invention relates to a hook assembly for lifting a heavy object, which can be easily assembled or disassembled with a heavy object and prevent separation thereof from a heavy object during lifting. The hook assembly for lifting a heavy object according to the present invention comprises: a T-shaped hook (10) having an upper end formed with a chain (31) in a mechanism for lifting a heavy object (1); and a hook fastener (20) fastened to the heavy object (1) and receiving the lower end of the T-shaped hook (10) therein, wherein the T-shaped hook (10) is inserted into the hook fastener (20), rotated at a predetermined angle, and lifts the heavy object (1). 본 발명은 중량물과 용이하게 조립 또는 분해할 수 있으면서 인양시 중량물과 분리되는 것을 방지하도록 한 중량물 인양용 후크 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중량물 인양용 후크 어셈블리는, 중량물(1)을 인양하는 중량물 인양기구에 상단이 체인(31)으로 T형 후크(10)와, 중량물(1)에 체결되고, 상기 T형 후크(10)의 하단을 내부에 수용하며, 상기 T형 후크(10)의 는 후크 고정구(20)를 포함하고, 상기 T형 후크(10)는 상기 후크 고정구(20)로 삽입된 후, 정해진 각도로 회전시킨 후, 중량물이 인양되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
