Liquid lime manufacturing equipment and manufacturing method

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for producing liquefied slaked lime, the apparatus and the method which facilitate agitation and storage of quicklime powder and water by installing a liquefied slaked lime production facility underground. The apparatus for producing the liquefied slaked lime comprises: an underground production apparatus including a production tank which is installed underground, and in which a receiving unit with a predetermined depth is formed, a raw material injection pipe which injects the quicklime powder from an upper side of the production tank, a water supply pipe which supplies water from the upper side of the production tank, a first agitation device which is installed at one side of the production tank and uniformly mixes the quicklime powder and water to prepare the liquefied slaked lime, a transfer pump which transfers the liquefied slaked lime to the production tank, and a transfer pipe which is connected to the transfer pump; and an underground storage apparatus including a storage tank which is installed underground, and in which a storage unit with a predetermined depth is formed, a second agitation device which is installed at one side of the storage tank to uniformly maintain the liquefied slaked lime flown into the storage tank through the transfer pipe in a mixed state, a discharge pump which is capable of discharging the liquefied slaked lime to the outside, and a discharge pipe which is connected to the discharge pump. 본 발명은 생석회분말과 용수를 혼합하여 액상의 소석회를 제조하는 액상소소석회 제조장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명이 제안하는 생석회분말이 운반되는 BCT차량으로부터 공급받아 액상소석회를 제조하는 액상소석회 제조장치는, 언더그라운드(underground)에 설치된 소정 깊이 수용부가 형성된 제조탱크와, 상기 제조탱크 상측에서 상기 생석회분말을 투입하는 원료투입관 및 용수를 공급하는 용수공급관과, 상기 제조탱크 일측에 설치되어 상기 생석회분말과 용수를 균일하게 혼합하여 액상소석회를 만드는 제1 교반장치와, 상기 제조탱크 내에 상기 액상소석회를 이송시키는 이송펌프 및 상기 이송펌프와 연결된 이송관을 포함하여 구비된 언더그라운드제조장치와, 언더그라운드(underground)에 설치된 소정 깊이 저장부가 형성된 저장탱크와, 상기 저장탱크 일측에 설치되어 상기 이송관을 통해 상기 저장탱크에 유입된 액상소석회를 혼합된 상태로 균일하게 유지시키는 제2 교반장치와, 상기 액상소석회를 외부로 배출시킬 수 있는 배출펌프 및 상기 배출펌프와 연결된 배출관을 포함하여 구비된 언더그라운드저장장치로 구성될 수 있다.
