Zusammenfassung: | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a coolant control system of a water-cooled intercooler comprises: a water-cooled intercooler disposed to correspond to an air intake side of a combustion chamber to cool compressed intake air by a turbo charger; a coolant pump for pumping coolant circulating in a radiator through a low temperature coolant line; and a control portion for controlling the coolant pump according to an operation condition, wherein the control portion controls the coolant pump to provide a preset flow amount of coolant to the intercooler, calculates a difference value (Ticout_dvt) between a discharging side target air temperature (Ticout_target) and a discharging side actual air temperature (Ticout_actual) of the intercooler, and is able to PID control a rotation speed of the coolant pump.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 수냉식 인터쿨러의 냉각수 제어시스템에 의하면, 터보차저에 의해서 압축된 흡기를 냉각하도록 연소실의 흡기측에 대응하여 배치되는 수냉식 인터쿨러, 저온 냉각수라인을 통해서 상기 라디에이터를 순환하는 냉각수를 펌핑하는 냉각수펌프, 및 운행조건에 따라서 상기 냉각수펌프를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 미리 설정된 냉각수유량을 상기 인터쿨러로 공급하도록 상기 냉각수펌프를 제어하고, 상기 인터쿨러의 출구측 목표 공기온도(Ticout_target)와 출구측 실제 공기온도(Ticout_actual) 사이에 차이값(Ticout_dvt)을 연산하여, 상기 냉각수펌프의 회전속도 PID제어할 수 있다. |
