The test system of a yacht operators license according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a yacht which includes a GPS module for identifying a yacht position, sensors installed in each of control devices for driving the yacht and a yacht communication part for transmitting the yacht position and sensing information sensed by the sensors to the outside, and a portable terminal which includes a storage part for storing a yacht operators license practical test evaluation item and the scoring criterion of the yacht operators license practical test evaluation item, a terminal communication part for communicating with the yacht communication part and receiving the yacht position and sensing information, and a scoring part for scoring the yacht operators license practical test evaluation item by using the yacht position and sensing information, the visual measurement information of a supervisor, and the scoring criteria of the evaluation item.
