Zusammenfassung:According to the present invention, disclosed is a power control communication device using the power variation of a power line as a communication signal. The communication device includes a first communication device for generating a current signal to cause the variation of a current level of an AC power source and monitoring a voltage level of the AC power source to detect a voltage signal, and a second communication device for generating the voltage signal to cause the variation of the voltage level of the AC power source and monitoring the current level of the AC power supply. On the other hand, a power line communication modem uses a ground (earth or ground) as a part of the communication line. The power line communication modem uses a DC power source as the communication signal. The DC power source is generated by rectifying the AC power source. In case of indoor power line communication, a first line and an indoor ground line of the power lines are used as the communication line. In case of outdoor power line communication, the first line and the ground of the power lines are used as the communication line. The ground is connected to the communication modem through a ground rod.
