AUTOMATIC CHAMFERING APPARATUS

The present invention relates to an automatic chamfering apparatus for automatically performing chamfering of an outer surface of a metal work such as an optical cable connector. More specifically, the present invention includes a second stage chewing process, in which the first chamfer machining means simultaneously performs chamfering of upper and lower edges of the left and right sides of the workpiece while sequentially feeding and supplying workpieces, and the upper and lower chamfering of the front and rear sides of the workpiece is performed simultaneously by the second chamfering processing means. Since the perforation process by the perforating means is continuously and automatically performed, the workability and the productivity are remarkably excellent as compared with the prior art. In addition, since the position of the chamfering tool can be easily adjusted according to the width size and the height size of the workpiece, various kinds of workpieces can be processed in one apparatus, thereby providing excellent efficiency. 본 발명은 광케이블 커넥터 등과 같은 금속 가공물 외 측면의 면취 가공을 자동 수행하는 자동 면취장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 가공물을 순차 이송 공급하면서 제1 면취 가공수단에서 가공물 좌우 측면의 상하 모서리 면취 가공을 동시 수행하고, 제2 면취 가공수단에서 가공물 전후 측면의 상하 모서리 면취 가공을 동시 수행하는 2 단계 면취 과정과, 천공 수단에 의한 천공 과정을 연속하여 자동 수행하므로 종래에 비해 작업성 및 생산성을 월등히 우수하게 제공하고, 또한 상기 가공물의 폭 사이즈나 높이 사이즈에 따라 면취 툴의 위치를 간단히 조절하면서 다양한 사이즈의 가공물을 하나의 장치에서 가공하도록 하므로 효율성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
