Transformer

The present invention relates to a transformer. More specifically, the transformer comprises: a lower magnetic core (10); an upper magnetic core (20); a double-sided printed circuit board (30); a lower secondary coil molded product (40); and an upper secondary coil molded product (50). First coils are formed on both sides of the double-sided printed circuit board, the lower secondary coil molded product having a lower secondary coil fixated to the inside thereof by an insert injection is attached to a bottom side of the double-sided printed circuit board, and the upper secondary coil molded product having an upper secondary coil fixated to the inside thereof by the insert injection is attached to a top side of the double-sided printed circuit board, such that the lower secondary coil is firmly fixated to the lower secondary coil molded product, and the upper secondary coil is firmly fixated to the upper secondary coil molded product, thereby enabling the transformer to be stably operated. In addition, the lower secondary coil molded product is attached to the bottom of the double-sided printed circuit board, and the upper secondary coil molded product is attached to the top side of the double-sided printed circuit board, thereby minimizing leakage magnetic flux and maximizing induction power. 좌우 단에 담이 위쪽으로 형성된 사각형 판 형태이고 중앙에 하부 기둥(12)이 위쪽으로 형성되며, 상기 하부 기둥(12)의 앞뒷쪽 면이 좌우쪽 면보다 들어가 형성된 하부 안착부(14)를 구비하는 하부 자심(10); 좌우 단에 담이 아래쪽으로 형성된 사각형 판 형태이고 중앙에 상부 기둥(22)이 아래쪽으로 형성되며, 상기 상부 기둥(22)의 앞뒷쪽 면이 좌우쪽 면보다 들어가 형성된 상부 안착부(24)를 구비하여 상기 하부 자심(10)에 대칭되도록 붙는 상부 자심(20); 중앙에 형성된 개구부가 상기 하부 기둥(12)과 상기 상부 기둥(22)이 붙어 이루어지는 하나의 기둥 중간에 끼워지며, 양면에 1차코일이 정형화되어 있는 양면 인쇄회로기판(30); 중앙에 형성된 개구부가 상기 하부 기둥(12)과 상기 상부 기둥(22)이 붙어 이루어지는 하나의 기둥 하부에 끼워지며, 하부 2차코일(42)이 내부에 고정되되, 상기 하부 2차코일(42) 몸체와 상기 하부 2차코일(42) 반고리 형상의 양단 사이에 좌우 및 아래로 하부 절연체 차단막(44)이 돌출되어 상기 하부 2차코일(42) 몸체와 상기 하부 2차코일(42) 양단 사이를 절연시키는 하부 2차코일 성형물(40); 및 중앙에 형성된 개구부가 상기 하부 기둥(12)과 상기 상부 기둥(22)이 붙어 이루어지는 하나의 기둥 상부에 끼워지며, 상부 2차코일(52)이 내부에 고정되되, 상기 상부 2차코일(52) 몸체와 상기 상부 2차코일(52) 반고리 형상의 양단 사이에 좌우 및 위로 상부 절연체 차단막(54)이 돌출되어 상기 상부 2차코일(52) 몸체와 상기 상부 2차코일(52) 양단 사이를 절연시키는 상부 2차코일 성형물(50); 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
