Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a test block of an over speed trip (OST) valve so as to test the operational reliability of the OST valve, and a test device of the OST valve including the same. According to the present invention, the test block of the OST valve, which selectively opens and closes a supply passage of a working fluid supplied to a hydraulic actuator for a power plant, includes: a plate-shaped body on which an OST valve is seated; a pressure port communicating with the OST valve seated on the body and supplying hydraulic oil, supplied from the outside of the body, to the OST valve; and a drain port communicating with the OST valve and draining the hydraulic oil, contained in the OST valve, to the outside of the body. 본 발명은 OfST 밸브의 작동 신뢰성을 테스트 하는 OST 밸브의 테스트 블록 및 이를 갖는 OST 밸브의 테스트 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발전소용 유압 액추에이터로 공급되는 작동유체의 공급로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 OST 밸브(Over Speed Trip Valve)의 테스트 블록은 OST 밸브가 안착되는 판 형상의 본체, 본체에 안착된 OST 밸브에 연통되어 본체의 외부로부터 공급되는 유압유를 OST 밸브로 공급 시키는 압력포트 및 OST 밸브에 연통되어 OST 밸브에 수용된 유압유를 본체의 외부로 드레인 시키는 드레인포트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
