Alarm System and Method using Helideck Illumination

The present invention provides an alarm system and a method using a helideck lamp. A lamp formed on a helideck is configured to be able to display a taking off and landing point by using an LED and to display not only colors and brilliance but also various letters, numbers, symbols, and the like through LED individual control. The alarm system comprises: a weather information input unit for receiving real-time weather information from an external weather information system through an internet network; a helicopter identification unit for identifying whether a helicopter approaches a helideck; a wind direction detection unit for measuring and detecting a wind direction around the helideck; a pattern detection unit for detecting at least one alarm pattern which matches detected weather information and wind direction information among alarm patterns for each piece of information pre-stored in an alarm pattern information DB by using the weather information and the wind direction information when the helicopter approaches the helideck; a lamp driving unit for generating an LED individual control signal of a helideck lamp by detecting or combining and coupling the at least one alarm pattern detected by the pattern detection unit; an LED lighting unit for making the helideck lamp emit light in the alarm pattern detected by the LED individual control signal of the helideck lamp transmitted from the lamp driving unit; and an alarm pattern information DB for pre-storing different alarm patterns having at least one display among colors, brilliance, letters, numbers, and symbols of the helideck lamp according to the weather information and the wind direction information. 본 발명은 헬리데크에 구성되는 조명을 LED를 이용하여 이착륙 지점을 표시하는 것은 물론, LED 개별제어에 의해 색상, 휘도 표시는 물론, 문자, 숫자, 기호 등 다양한 표시가 가능하도록 구성하여 보다 능동적인 헬리데크 기능을 수행할 수 있는 헬리데크 조명을 이용한 알람 시스템 및 방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 외부 기상정보 시스템으로부터 인터넷망을 통해 실시간 기상정보를 입력받는 기상정보 입력부와, 헬리데크에 헬리콥터의 접근 여부를 확인하는 헬리콥터 확인부와, 헬리데크 주변의 풍향을 측정하여 검출하는 풍향 검출부와, 상기 헬리콥터가 헬리데크로 접근되면, 검출되는 기상정보, 풍향정보를 이용하여, 알람패턴정보 DB에 미리 저장되어 있는 정보별 알람 패턴 중 검출된 기상정보 및 풍향정보와 서로 매칭되는 적어도 하나 이상의 알람 패턴을 검출하는 패턴 검출부와, 상기 패턴 검출부에서 검출된 적어도 하나 이상의 알람 패턴을 검출 또는 조합 및 결합하여 헬리데크 조명의 LED 개별제어 신호를 생성하는 조명 구동부와, 상기 조명 구동부에서 전달되는 헬리데크 조명의 LED 개별제어 신호를 통해 검출된 알람 패턴으로 헬리데크 조명을 발광시키는 LED 조명부와, 기상정보, 풍향정보에 따라 헬리데크 조명의 색상, 휘도, 문자, 숫자, 기호 중 적어도 하나의 표시를 갖는 서로 다른 알람 패턴을 미리 저장하고 있는 알람패턴정보 DB를 포함하여 구성되는데 있다.
