In particular, the composite according to the present invention includes a transition metal oxide composed by electrostatic attraction, a branched water-soluble polymer having primary and secondary amine groups, and reduced graphene oxide (rGO). The present invention has low impedance, has high battery capacity, and prevents an initial capacity loss of a metal oxide.
