Disclosed is a planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for a vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the planetary gear train of an automatic transmission for a vehicle comprises: an input shaft receiving transferred power of an engine; an output shaft outputting power; a first planetary gear set having a first rotational element, a second rotational element and a third rotational element; a second planetary gear set having a fourth rotational element, a fifth rotational element and a sixth rotational element; a third planetary gear set having a seventh rotational element, an eighth rotational element and a ninth rotational element; a fourth planetary gear set having a tenth rotational element, an eleventh rotational element and a twelfth rotational element; a first shaft connected to the first rotational element; a second shaft connecting the second rotational element, the sixth rotational element, and the seventh rotational element with each other; a third shaft connecting the third rotational element with the fifth rotational element; a fourth shaft connected to the fourth rotational element; a fifth shaft connected to the eighth rotational element and directly connected to the output shaft; a sixth shaft connected to the ninth rotational element; a seventh shaft connected to the eleventh rotational element, selectively connected to each of the third shaft and the fourth shaft, and directly connected to the input shaft; and an eighth shaft connected to one rotational element of the tenth rotational element and the twelfth rotational element. 차량용 자동변속기의 유성기어트레인이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 자동변속기의 유성기어트레인은 엔진의 동력을 전달받는 입력축; 동력을 출력하는 출력축; 제1, 제2, 제3 회전요소를 보유하는 제1 유성기어세트; 제4, 제5, 제6 회전요소를 보유하는 제2 유성기어세트; 제7, 제8, 제9 회전요소를 보유하는 제3 유성기어세트; 제10, 제11, 제12 회전요소를 보유하는 제4 유성기어세트; 상기 제1 회전요소에 연결되는 제1축; 상기 제2 회전요소와 제6 회전요소와 제7 회전요소를 연결하는 제2축; 상기 제3 회전요소와 제5 회전요소를 연결하는 제3축; 상기 제4 회전요소에 연결되는 제4축; 상기 제8 회전요소에 연결되며, 상기 출력축에 직접 연결되는 제5축; 상기 제9 회전요소에 연결되는 제6축; 상기 제11 회전요소에 연결되고, 상기 제3축과 제4축에 각각 선택적으로 연결되며, 상기 입력축에 직접 연결되는 제7축; 상기 제10 회전요소와 제12 회전요소 중, 하나의 회전요소에 연결되는 제8축을 포함한다.
