Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method to improve at least one among the mobility and graftage of stem cells, the formability of CFU-Fs, the induction of anti-inflammatory immunodepression, and the promotion of angiogenesis. The method includes a step of processing low-grade fatty acid or its salt on stem cells. According to the present invention, the present invention is capable of easily manufacturing a large number of stem cells, having high mobility, excellent colony formability, excellent graftage, and excellent suitability for a human body, by using low-grade fatty acid or its salt which is an inexpensive human substance. 본 발명은 저급 지방산 또는 이의 염을 줄기세포에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 줄기세포의 이동능, 생착능 및 CFU-Fs 형성능, 항염증 면역억제 유도 기능, 및 혈관신생 촉진능 중 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 증진하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법에 의하면, 저렴한 인체 유래 물질인 저급 지방산 또는 이의 염을 사용하여 높은 이동능을 가지고 우수한 콜로니 형성능 가지며 생착능이 우수하여 인체 적합성이 우수한 줄기세포를 다량으로 손쉽게 제조할 수 있다.
