Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a disc-type bicycle gear shifting device and, more specifically, to a disc-type bicycle gear shifting device, in which a power control means (a shaft) configured to rotate an input disc and an output disc is engaged in a different direction so as to shift a gear. Accordingly, the present invention is able to drive a bicycle and a pedal boat by transmitting power in a non-chain manner, thus having a multi-step gear-shifting function that is easily controllable to be efficient. 본 발명은 디스크형 자전거 기어변속 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 입력디스크 및 출력디스크가 회전되도록 하는 동력조절수단(사프트)이 맞물리는 방향이 서로 다르게 마련되어 변속되는 디스크형 자전거 기어변속 장치에 관한 것으로서, 무체인 방식으로 동력을 전달하여 자전거와 페달보트를 구동시킬 수 있으므로 조작이 용이하면서 효율적인 다단 변속기능을 갖도록하는 무체인 자전거 변속 장치를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
