Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a water treatment composition containing carbohydrazide and hexamethylenetetramine as effective components for a power plant boiler and a method for removing dissolved oxygen using the same. Not only corrosion caused by dissolved oxygen but also corrosion caused by carbon dioxide are solved at the same time; toxicity is low in preparation for environmental regulation; and used materials are economical and can be obtained in an easy manner. 본 발명은 카보히드라지드 (Carbohydrazide), 헥사메틸렌테트라아민(Hexamethylenetetramine)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 발전소 보일러 수처리 조성물 및 이를 이용한 용존 산소의 제거 방법으로서, 용존 산소에 의한 부식은 물론 이산화탄소 부식을 동시에 해결하고 향후 환경 규제에 대비하여 독성이 낮은 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용되는 물질이 경제적이며 쉽게 구할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
