Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for increasing the survival rate of spat in a nursery culture step of artificial seeds of Sinonovacula constricta, and provides a method for nursery culture of artificial seeds of Sinonovacula constricta using mud flat, which comprises the following steps: selecting a spraying site on the mud flat to form a dam structure which can maintain a certain level of seawater; covering a dam loss preventing cloth made of a polyethylene material capable of naturally producing feed creatures in the dam structure; and installing a spat loss preventing film and an invasion blocking film against pirate creatures, thereby preventing the spat in a micro scale from being lost to the ocean, and increasing the survival rate of the spat in the mud flat on which the pirate creatures are sprayed by blocking the inflow of the pirate creatures. 본 발명은 가리맛조개 인공종묘 중간육성단계 치패의 생존율을 높일 수 있는 방법으로 갯벌에 살포지를 선정하여 일정수위의 해수가 유지될 수 있는 둑구조를 형성하고, 상기 둑구조에는 먹이생물 생산이 자연적으로 가능한 폴리 에틸렌 재질의 둑유실 방지천이 씌워지며, 치패 유실방지막과 해적생물 침입 차단막이 설치되는 단계가 포함되는 갯벌을 이용한 가리맛조개 인공종묘 중간 육성방법을 제공함으로써 미세크기의 치패가 해양으로 유실되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 해적생물의 유입이 차단되어 치패가 살포된 갯벌내에 치패의 생존율이 증가하는 효과가 있다.
