Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing a purple pigment using a Microbulbifer sp. strain (KCTC 12968BP), and dye method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a purple pigment, comprising the following steps: carrying out shake culture in a medium using Microbulbifer sp. HNU-2 strain (access number: KCTC 12968BP) containing 16S rRNA consisting of nucleotide represented by sequence number 1; conducting centrifugation with the cultured culture solution so as to separate the same into a supernatant and fungus body; and extracting the acquired fungus body with an organic solvent. 본 발명은 마이크로불비퍼속 균주(KCTC 12968BP)를 이용한 보라색 색소의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 염색방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 서열번호 1로 기재되는 뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 16S rRNA를 포함하는 마이크로불비퍼속 균주(sp. HNU-2, 수탁번호: KCTC 12968BP)를 배지에서 진탕 배양하는 단계; 상기 배양된 배양액을 원심분리하여 균체 및 상등액으로 분리하는 단계; 및 상기 수득된 균체를 유기용매로 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 보라색 색소의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
