According to the present invention, the air freshener composition for ameliorating sleep disorder ensures excellent effects compared to a conventional composition used with aroma oil, barely causes side effects, and is cost-effective. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention can be useful as air freshener compositions for fragrance diffusers to ameliorate sleep disorder. 본 발명은 수면 장애 개선용 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 향기 분사 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 수면 장애 개선용 방향제 조성물은 종래 아로마 오일을 사용하는 경우보다 효과는 우수하면서 부작용이 적고, 비용면에서도 부담이 없으며, 향기 분사 장치 등에 적용할 수 있는 수면 장애 개선용 방향제 조성물로 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
