Dust collector using bag filters having controlled air permeability

The present invention relates to a filter dust collector. More specifically, provided is a filter dust collector which comprises: a chamber divided into an introduction chamber and a release chamber by a barrier; and a bag filter installed in the introduction chamber, including an internal space and an aperture by a filtration medium, and connected to the release chamber through the aperture. Treatment gas is introduced into the introduction chamber, is filtered out as passing through the internal space in the bag filter, and then is released by flowing into the release chamber through the aperture. Since air permeability of the bag filter gets low as coming close to the aperture, filtration rate becomes uniform in accordance of the length of the bag filter regardless of the length of the bag filter, thereby ensuring high dust collectability and stable operations. 본 발명은 여과집진기에 관한 것으로, 격벽에 의해 유입챔버와 배출챔버로 분획된 챔버와 유입챔버 내부에 설치되고, 여과재에 의해 내부공간과 개구부가 형성되어 있고, 개구부를 통해 배출챔버와 연통된 백필터를 포함하고, 처리가스는 유입챔버로 유입되어 백필터의 내부공간으로 여과된 후, 개구부를 통해 배출챔버로 이동하여 배출되고, 백필터의 통기도는 개구부와 근접할수록 낮은 것을 특징으로 하기 때문에 길이가 긴 백필터를 사용하더라도 여과속도가 백필터 길이에 따라 균일하게 형성되어 높은 집진성능 및 안정적인 운전이 가능한 여과집진기를 제공한다.
