Method for searching pipes in the air conditioner

The present invention relates to a pipe searching method of an air conditioner capable of searching for an indoor unit only for cooling and an indoor unit only for heating during installation of the air conditioner. A pipe searching method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention relates to a pipe searching method of an air conditioner including an outdoor unit, a distributor connected to the outdoor unit, and a plurality of indoor units connected to the outdoor unit or the distributor, including: a step of opening all of the plurality of high-pressure valves included in the distributor and opening all of the plurality of indoor expansion valves included in the indoor unit; a step of searching for an indoor unit only for cooling among the plurality of indoor units based on a temperature value of a pipe of the plurality of indoor units; a step of closing all of the plurality of high-pressure valves included in the distributor; and a step of searching for an indoor unit only for heating among the plurality of indoor units based on a temperature value of the pipe of the plurality of indoor units. 본 발명은 공기조화기의 설치시 냉방전용 실내기 및 난방전용 실내기를 탐색할 수 있는 공기조화기의 배관탐색방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공기조화기의 배관탐색방법은, 실외기와, 상기 실외기에 연결되는 분배기와, 상기 실외기 또는 상기 분배기와 연결되는 복수의 실내기를 포함하는 공기조화기의 배관탐색방법에 있어서, 상기 분배기에 포함된 복수의 고압밸브를 모두 개방하고 상기 실내기에 포함된 복수의 실내팽창밸브를 모두 개방하는 단계; 상기 복수의 실내기의 배관의 온도값으로 상기 복수의 실내기 중 냉방전용 실내기를 탐색하는 단계; 상기 분배기에 포함된 상기 복수의 고압밸브를 모두 폐쇄하는 단계; 및 상기 복수의 실내기의 배관의 온도값으로 상기 복수의 실내기 중 난방전용 실내기를 탐색하는 단계를 포함한다.
