The present invention relates to an arm warmer which is worn on an arm and is formed by knitting. More specifically, the present invention relates to an arm warmer and an arm warmer-integrated garment wherein the arm warmer can be used during agricultural, fishing, and industrial activities, and various leisure activities such as hiking or sports in all seasons, and the arm warmer is knitted with yarn for a sweater and is knitted to have a straight cut line on fabric to allow a thumb to be inserted therein.
