Zusammenfassung:	A pressure control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first tank; a plurality of leak holes disposed on the first tank and discharging fluid contained in the first tank; a plurality of leak valves discharged between the first tank and the plurality of leak holes and controlling discharge of the fluid contained in the first tank; a first pressure sensor detecting pressure in the first tank; and a controller controlling the plurality of leak valves by using pressure information detected from the first pressure sensor to reach the pressure within the first tank to a target pressure. The pressure control device can accurately control the pressure within the tank. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 압력조절장치는 제1 탱크, 상기 제1 탱크상에 배치되어 상기 제1 탱크에 수용된 유체를 유출하는 복수의 리크홀, 기 제1 탱크와 상기 복수의 리크홀 사이에서 상기 제1 탱크에 수용된 유체의 유출을 제어하는 복수의 리크밸브, 상기 제1 탱크 내의 압력을 검출하는 제1 압력센서, 및 상기 제1 탱크 내의 압력이 목표압력에 도달하도록 상기 제1 압력센서에서 검출된 압력정보를 이용하여 상기 복수의 리크밸브를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
