Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for detecting food poisoning bacteria using a gene amplification method and a kit used in the same method. According to the method of the present invention, nucleic acid is extracted from a sample and the extracted small amount of nucleic acid is molecule-concentrated through a whole genome amplification (WGA) reaction. So, the small amount of food poisoning bacteria, polluted by fish used as sliced raw fish, can be precisely, rapidly detected. 본 발명은 유전자 증폭 방법을 이용한 식중독 유발 세균의 검출 방법 및 이 방법에 사용되는 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법은 시료로부터 핵산을 추출하고, 추출된 미량의 핵산을 WGA (Whole Genome Amplification) 반응을 통해 분자농축을 함으로써, 횟감으로 사용되는 생선에 오염된 미량의 식중독 유발 세균을 정확하고 신속하게 검출할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
