The paper lip balm is picked up, put on lips and used by using frictions between lips and the temperature. The paper lip balm can solve problems of inconvenience that a lip balm cannot be shared with friends because of a hygiene problem, and is easy to carry by having the paper lip balm case so people like the paper lip balm. Also, a user, who changes a mind and gets bored easily, can use the paper lip balm according to the users personality. The paper lip balm can be refilled so the amount can be controlled.
