Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing precast concrete, which comprises an arranging means, a fixing means, and a mold means, so the arrangement direction of reinforcing materials can be rapidly changed to have excellent field application properties; a predetermined tension is applied to the reinforcing materials to prevent the deformation of the reinforcing material. When a bending moment is applied to a structure where the precast concrete is applied, the precast concrete shows an excellent tensile performance. The apparatus of the present invention can manufacture a plurality of precast concrete at the same time. 본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 배열수단; 고정수단; 및 거푸집수단; 을 포함하여, 보강재의 배열 방향을 간단하고 빠르게 변경 가능하여 현장 적용성이 우수하고, 보강재에 소정의 긴장력을 부여하여 보강재의 형상 변화 방지 및 프리캐스트 콘크리트가 적용된 구조물에 휨 모멘트 작용 시 뛰어난 인장성능을 나타낼 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 동시에 다수의 프리캐스트 콘크리트를 제조할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
