Zusammenfassung:	According to an embodiment of the present invention, an operation method of an electronic device comprises the operations of: sensing a bio-signal corresponding to a user of the electronic device from at least one sensor functionally connected to the electronic device; and performing a function related to a call using at least one processor based on at least a part of the bio-signal. In addition, other embodiments are possible. By providing an automatic switching function related to the call by using the sensor included in the electronic device, automatic switching related to the call can be performed even if a call mode is not directly changed by the user. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전자 장치가 동작하는 방법은, 상기 전자 장치와 기능적으로 연결된 적어도 하나의 센서로부터 상기 전자 장치의 사용자에 대응하는 생체 신호를 감지하는 동작; 및 상기 생체 신호에 적어도 일부 기반하여 적어도 하나의 프로세서를 이용하여 통화와 관련된 기능을 수행하는 동작을 포함한다. 또한 다른 실시예도 가능하다.
