Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating, and improving inflammatory enteropathy, comprising a mixed extract of Bupleurum falcatum, Cimicifuga heracleifolia, Paeonia obovata, and Saussurea costus as effective ingredients, and to a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition having inflammatory cytokines generation inhibition efficiency of the mixed extract of Bupleurum falcatum, Cimicifuga heracleifolia, Paeonia obovata, and Saussurea costus, and an improvement effect of dextran sodium sulfate (DDS) animal models. 본 발명은 시호, 승마, 백작약 및 목향을 포함하는 혼합 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 장질환의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 조성물 및 이의 대한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 시호, 승마, 백작약 및 목향 혼합 추출물의 염증성 사이토카인(inflammatory cytokines) 생성 억제능 및 DSS(Dextran sodium sulfate) 동물모델의 대장염 개선 효과를 가지는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
