Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, treating or alleviating inflammatory bowl diseases comprising a mixed extract of Aucklandia lappa Decne and Zingiber officinale Rosc as an active ingredient, and to a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition having formation inhibition activity of inflammatory cytokines and alleviation effects of colitis in a dextran sodium sulfate (DSS) animal model of a mixed extract of Aucklandia lappa Decne and Zingiber officinale Rosc. 본 발명은 목향 및 건강을 포함하는 혼합 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 장질환의 예방, 치료 또는 개선용 조성물 및 이의 대한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 목향 및 건강 혼합 추출물의 염증성 사이토카인(inflammatory cytokines) 생성 억제능 및 DSS(Dextran sodium sulfate) 동물모델의 대장염 개선 효과를 가지는 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
