The apparatus comprises: a first jig holding a first member; a second jig disposed in a lower part of the first jig; and fixing parts disposed on both sides of the second jig and holding the second member to arrange the second member between the first member and the second jig. The second jig comprises: a pad; and a stage disposed in a lower part of the pad and having a groove having an area smaller than an area of the pad when viewed on a plane.
