Constant temperature system of leachate or sewage treatment plant

The present invention relates to a constant temperature system of a leachate and sewage treatment plant which comprises the following: a plurality of nitrification tanks having a plurality of chambers divided by a plurality of partitions; a stirrer for stirring leachate; first to third heat pumps; fourth to sixth heat pumps arranged in parallel with the first to third heat pumps; a first heat exchanging unit connected to the first to third heat pumps, and exchanging heat with the leachate by being installed inside a first chamber; a second heat exchanging unit connected to the fourth to sixth heat pumps, and exchanging heat with the leachate by being installed inside a second chamber; a first circulation pump circulating a coolant of the first heat exchanging unit; a second circulation pump circulating a coolant of the second heat exchanging unit; a backup circulation pump capable of being operated temporarily corresponding to the first or second circulation pump; a three-way valve selectively supplying the heat-exchanged coolant to the first or second chamber; a sensor unit sensing the temperature or the pressure of the coolant flowing into the three-way valve; a control unit controlling the first to sixth heat pumps and the first and second circulation pumps, to control the temperature of the leachate inside the nitrification tanks within a setting temperature; and an expansion tank compensating the pressure due to the temperature increase of the heat-exchanged coolant which is supplied through the first or second circulation pump. 본 발명은 지중에 매설되고, 외부로부터 공급된 침출수를 정화시켜 배출하며, 내부에 침출수의 이동 경로를 설정하는 복수개의 격벽으로 구획된 복수개의 챔버가 형성되는 복수개의 질산화조; 상기 질산화조의 챔버 저면에 적어도 하나 이상 배치되어 회전하면서 침출수를 섞어주는 교반기; 지상에서 상기 질산화조의 상부에 설치되어 질산화조를 차양하도록 배치되고, 상기 질산화조의 침출수가 흐르는 방향을 따라서 전방에 배치되는 제1챔버 침출수와 열교환된 냉매가 공기열에 의해 열교환되는 제1히트펌프 내지 제3히트펌프; 상기 제1히트펌프 내지 제3히트펌프와 나란히 배치되어 상기 질산화조의 침출수가 흐르는 방향을 따라서 후방에 배치되는 제2챔버 침출수와 열교환된 냉매가 공기열에 의해 열교환되는 제4히트펌프 내지 제6히트펌프; 상기 제1히트펌프 내지 제3히트펌프와 연결되고, 상기 제1챔버 내부에 배치되어 침출수와 열교환하는 제1열교환부; 상기 제4히트펌프 내지 제6히트펌프와 연결되고, 상기 제2챔버 내부에 배치되어 침출수와 열교환하는 제2열교환부; 상기 제1열교환부의 냉매를 순환시키는 제1순환펌프; 상기 제2열교환부의 냉매를 순환시키는 제2순환펌프; 상기 제1순환펌프와 제2순환펌프 사이에 개재되어 상기 제1순환펌프 또는 제2순환펌프에 대응하여 임시 가동할 수 있는 예비 순환펌프; 상기 제1히트펌프 내지 제6히트펌프 중 어느 한 쌍의 히트펌프 사이에 연결되어 열교환된 냉매를 상기 제1챔버 또는 제2챔버에 선택적으로 공급하는 3방밸브; 상기 3방밸브 상에 구비되어 상기 3방밸브로 유입되는 냉매의 온도 또는 압력을 감지하는 센서부; 상기 제1히트펌프 내지 제6히트펌프와 제1순환펌프 및 제2순환펌프를 제어하여 상기 질산화조 내부의 침출수 온도를 설정 범위로 제어하는 제어부 및 상기 제1순환펌프 또는 제2순환펌프를 통하여 공급되는 열교환된 냉매의 온도 상승에 따른 압력을 보상할 수 있도록
