ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND COMPENSATION METHOD OF ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE

The present embodiments relate to a compensation technique of an organic light emitting display device, and more specifically, to an organic light emitting display device and a compensation method thereof. The organic light emitting display device calculates the n^th degree of a mobility compensation value from the n^th degree of a mobility sensitivity value, generates and outputs (n + 1)^th degree-of-mobility sensing data to the (n + 1)^th degree-of-mobility sensing section based on the calculated n^th mobility compensation value so that the (n + 1)^th degree-of-mobility sensing data sensed in the (n + 1)^th degree-of-mobility sensing section has a particular ratio depending on the characteristics of the mobility; and calculates the (n + 1)^th mobility compensation value from the (n + 1)^th mobility sensing value. So, mobility compensation can be performed more accurately. 본 실시예들은, 유기발광표시장치의 보상 기술에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 제n 이동도 센싱값으로부터 제n 이동도 보상값을 산출하고, 제n+1 이동도 센싱 구간에 센싱되는 제n+1 이동도 센싱값이 이동도 특성에 따라 일정 비율을 갖도록, 산출된 제n 이동도 보상값을 토대로 제n+1 이동도 센싱용 데이터를 생성하여 구동 트랜지스터의 제n+1 이동도 센싱 구간에 출력하고, 제n+1 이동도 센싱값으로부터 제n+1 이동도 보상값을 산출하는 유기발광표시장치 및 그 보상 방법에 관한 것이다.
