15-PGDH Composition comprising cells treated with 15-PGDH inhibitor or culture thereof and use thereof

The present invention relates to a composition containing cells, cultured by adding a 15-PGDH inhibitor to PGE2-expressing cells, or a culture thereof, and to a use thereof.
