Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a Stachys sieboldii powder, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a Stachys sieboldii powder, capable of being used in manufacture of various food like pellet into which the Stachys sieboldii having effects of increasing memory and promoting intestinal functions by boiling and drying the Stachys sieboldii to manufacture powders. The method for manufacturing the Stachys sieboldii powder according to the present invention comprises the following steps: steaming by applying steam to the Stachys sieboldii; drying steamed Stachys sieboldii; and pulverizing dried Stachys sieboldii to obtain a powder. 본 발명은 초석잠 분말 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 초석잠을 증숙 건조하여 분말을 제조함으로써 기억력 증진 및 장 기능 촉진 등의 효과를 갖는 초석잠이 포함된 환 등의 다양한 식품의 제조에 사용할 수 있는 초석잠 분말 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 초석잠 분말 제조 방법은, 초석잠 분말을 제조하기 위한 초석잠 분말 제조 방법에 있어서, 초석잠에 증기를 가하여 증숙시키는 증숙단계와, 증숙된 초속잠을 건조시키는 건조단계와, 건조된 초석잠을 분쇄하여 분말을 얻는 분쇄단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
