By using the hydroforming process for the tube of the present invention, the tube is bent in a state where high-pressure compressed water is filled in the tube; thereby preventing a phenomenon where ridges occur in a bending area, improves productivity since bending and surface processing of the tube are performed at the same time, and reduces a rate of defect. 본 발명에 의한 관재 액압성형공법은, 요철부가 형성된 상부성형판을 상부금형의 저면에 설치하고, 요철부가 형성된 하부성형판을 하부금형의 상면에 설치하는 제1 단계; 상기 하부금형 상에 관재를 안착시키는 제2 단계; 상기 관재 내에 고압수를 주입한 후 상기 관재의 길이방향 양단을 밀폐시키는 제3 단계; 및 상기 상부성형판과 하부성형판이 상기 관재의 외측면에 압착되도록 상기 상부금형을 하강시켜, 상기 관재를 벤딩 및 표면가공하는 제4 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 관재 액압성형공법을 이용하면, 관재 내부에 고압의 압축수를 채운 상태에서 상기 관재를 벤딩시킴으로써 벤딩부위에 주름이 발생되는 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 관재의 벤딩과 표면가공을 동시에 이루어지는바 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 불량률을 저감시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
