Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a method for regenerating selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalysts, which comprises the following steps: positioning a cleaning solution-containing first tank in an empty space of a catalytic layer where a catalytic module is installed and positioning an upper portion-opened second tank at the bottom of the catalytic module; and regenerating the catalyst by spraying a cleaning solution to the catalytic module. The method for regenerating the SCR catalysts enables an operation on the day of regeneration by shortening the duration required for the catalyst regeneration, and also reduces costs by cutting down the number of processes. Additionally, damage or deformation of the catalyst can be avoided, and the method for regenerating the SCR catalysts is eco-friendly as well by completely collecting and treating waste water produced in a regeneration process.
본원발명은 촉매 모듈이 설치된 촉매층의 빈공간에 세정액이 포함된 제1탱크를 위치시키고, 상기 촉매 모듈 아래에 상부가 개방된 제2탱크를 위치시키는 단계 및 상기 촉매 모듈에 상기 세정액을 분사하여 촉매를 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 SCR 촉매의 재생 방법을 제공하며, 상기 재생 방법은 촉매 재생 시간을 단축시켜 당일 재생 후 조업이 가능하며, 공정 단계를 단축하여 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 또한, 촉매 파손 또는 변형을 방지할 수 있으며, 재생 공정에서 발생하는 폐수를 완벽히 수거하여 처리함으로써 친환경적인 효과가 있다. |
