Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a hot air drying nozzle for a high speed digital textile printer drier, which comprises: a nozzle body in which an air blowing duct access unit is provided at one side, an upper end surface is formed to be an inclined surface of which an entrance side is high and an opposite side is low, and a plurality of discharge holes having the same diameter are formed in a lower end in left and right directions and front and rear directions; and a vein installed in the nozzle body, and evenly distributing hot air flowing into the air blowing duct access unit to each discharge hole of the nozzle body to be discharged at a uniform speed. Therefore, hot air can be evenly sprayed to printed fabric to significantly improve drying quality of the fabric.
고속 DTP 설비의 건조기용 열풍 건조노즐에 관한 것으로, 일측에 송풍덕트 접속부가 마련되고, 상단면이 입구측이 높고 반대측이 낮은 경사면으로 형성되고, 하단에 동일직경을 가지는 복수의 토출구멍이 좌우방향 및 전후방향으로 형성된 노즐본체; 노즐본체의 내부에 설치되어 송풍덕트 접속부로 유입되는 열풍을 노즐본체의 각 토출구멍에 고르게 분배하여 균일한 속도로 토출될 수 있도록 하는 베인;을 포함하는 기술 구성을 통하여 날염된 원단에 균일하게 열풍을 분사할 수 있게 되므로 원단의 건조품질을 크게 향상시킬 수 있게 되는 것이다. |
